Annual Home Protection Program
Our Annual Home Protection Program provides seasonal treatments for: Mice, Rats, Pavement Ants, Cockroaches, Spiders, Wasps, Earwigs, Silverfish, Sowbugs, Pillbugs, Millipedes, Centipedes, Carpet Beetles.
Three scheduled visits to your home:
Spring - Inspection, monitoring, and spot treatment to problem areas of home interior combined with an exterior bug proofing barrier treatment to the house foundation, roof lines, shutters, gutters and other pest harbourage areas. Grub inspection and infestation documentation.
Summer – Inspection, monitoring, and spot treatment to problem areas of home interior combined with an exterior spot treatment to the house foundation, roof lines, shutters, gutters and other pest harbourage areas. European Chafer grubs treated as granular lawn application or with nematodes as infestation activity warrants.
Fall – Inspection, monitoring and spot treatment to interior for insects and rodents. Exclusion and sanitation opportunity identification.
